Delivery Policy
Fast UK Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1 working day (Monday to Friday).
Orders placed before 3:00 pm are usually dispatched the same working day, although this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods, public holidays or other exceptional circumstances.
Delivery Services
To provide the best combination of speed, reliability and value, we use a range of trusted UK delivery partners.
The delivery service selected depends on factors such as the size, weight, destination and value of your order.
Most small parcels are sent using Royal Mail services, while larger or heavier orders are typically dispatched using a tracked courier service.
Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Grow Beneath reserves the right to select the most appropriate delivery service for each order to ensure the best balance of reliability, delivery time and cost.
For deliveries to remote locations, offshore islands or areas where unusually high shipping costs apply, we reserve the right to contact you before dispatch to discuss any additional delivery charges. If we are unable to reach an agreement, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times begin once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Delays
Once your parcel has been handed to the delivery provider, delivery times are governed by the carrier's own service standards, policies and terms of service.
While delays are uncommon, Grow Beneath cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by postal or courier companies, severe weather, industrial action or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Should a parcel be delayed, lost or damaged in transit, we will assist customers wherever possible. Any investigations, claims or compensation will be handled in accordance with the procedures and timescales of the relevant delivery provider.
Free UK Delivery
We offer FREE standard UK delivery on all retail orders.
Delivery charges for wholesale, trade, stockist and bulk orders are calculated individually, as shipping costs vary depending on the size, weight and destination of each order. Any applicable delivery charges will be agreed with you before your order is confirmed.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed to help ensure it arrives in excellent condition.
To help reduce waste and minimise our environmental footprint, we reuse suitable packaging materials whenever possible. This may include clean recycled cardboard boxes, shredded cardboard, bubble wrap and other protective packaging that remains in excellent condition.
By giving packaging materials a second life, we help reduce unnecessary waste without compromising the safe delivery of your order.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order as soon as possible after delivery.
If your parcel arrives damaged, or if any items are missing or incorrect, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery by emailing office@growbeneath.co.uk and, where applicable, include clear photographs of the parcel, packaging and affected items.
This helps us investigate the issue promptly and submit any necessary claims with the delivery provider within their required timeframes.
Claims reported after this period may not be accepted, particularly where they could affect our ability to investigate or recover costs from the carrier.

Please ensure your delivery address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
Grow Beneath cannot accept responsibility for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
