How the Trade Referral Programme works

1. Recommend Grow Beneath

Introduce Grow Beneath to a UK retailer or other business that you think could be a good fit for our products.

You can use the Grow Beneath trade leaflet included with your order — simply add your email address to the referral field before passing it on.

2. They get in touch

The business can visit our Become a Stockist page and submit a trade enquiry, quoting the email address shown on the leaflet so we can identify your referral.

3. They place their first trade order

If the business becomes a qualifying new Grow Beneath trade customer and places an eligible first trade order, your referral becomes successful.

4. You receive £25

Once the referral has met the conditions below, we'll send a £25 Grow Beneath reward by email, which you can use towards purchases at GrowBeneath.co.uk.

Terms and conditions

1. About the programme

The Grow Beneath Trade Referral Programme is operated by Grow Beneath Ltd (“Grow Beneath”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

The programme allows eligible customers to recommend Grow Beneath to potential new trade customers. Where a referral meets the conditions set out below, the referrer may receive a £25 reward to spend at GrowBeneath.co.uk.

2. Who can make a referral?

The programme is available to individuals aged 18 or over.

The referrer must provide a valid email address that can be used to identify the referral and deliver the reward.

Employees, representatives or agents of Grow Beneath may not claim rewards under the programme.

3. Eligible businesses

A referral must introduce a genuine new trade customer to Grow Beneath.

The referred business must not already:

be an existing Grow Beneath trade customer;
have an active trade account with Grow Beneath;
be in an existing trade discussion or sales process with Grow Beneath; or
have previously been referred to Grow Beneath by another person.

Grow Beneath reserves the right to determine whether a business qualifies as a new trade referral.

4. How a referral is recorded

To qualify for a reward, the referral must be identifiable as originating from the referrer.

This will normally be achieved by the referred business providing the referrer's email address when contacting Grow Beneath or submitting a trade enquiry.

The email address must match the address supplied by the referrer.

A referral cannot normally be added retrospectively after a trade order has been placed.

5. What is a successful referral?

A referral becomes a successful qualifying referral when the referred business:

is accepted by Grow Beneath as a new trade customer;
places and fully pays for its first qualifying trade order;
receives that order; and
the order remains valid throughout the 30-day verification period described in Section 7.

Orders that are cancelled, returned, refunded, subject to a payment reversal or otherwise invalidated during the verification period will not qualify for a referral reward.

6. The £25 reward

For each successful qualifying referral, the eligible referrer will receive a £25 Grow Beneath reward to spend at GrowBeneath.co.uk.

The reward:

has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;
cannot be transferred or sold;
may only be used in accordance with the conditions supplied with the reward;
cannot be applied retrospectively to an order already placed; and
may be subject to an expiry date or other redemption conditions communicated when issued.

7. When will the reward be issued?

The £25 reward will be issued after a 30-day verification period, beginning on the date the referred business receives its first qualifying trade order.

The order must remain valid and fully paid during this period. If the order is cancelled, returned, refunded, subject to a payment reversal or otherwise ceases to qualify, no referral reward will be issued.

Once the 30-day verification period has passed and the referral has been successfully verified, the £25 reward will be sent to the referrer's registered email address.

8. Multiple referrals

You may refer more than one business.

However, only one referral reward may be issued for each qualifying new trade customer, regardless of the number of people who recommend the same business.

Where the same business has been referred by more than one person, the reward will normally be attributed to the first valid referral recorded by Grow Beneath.

9. Misuse of the programme

Grow Beneath reserves the right to refuse or withdraw a reward where we reasonably believe that a referral:

is fraudulent, misleading or artificial;
involves false or duplicate information;
has been created primarily to obtain a reward rather than represent a genuine trade introduction;
involves self-referral or another attempt to circumvent the purpose of the programme; or
otherwise breaches these Terms & Conditions.

10. Availability of the programme

The Trade Referral Programme is offered at the discretion of Grow Beneath and may be changed, suspended or withdrawn at any time.

Changes will not normally affect rewards already validly earned before the change takes effect.

Participation in the programme does not guarantee that a referred business will be accepted as a Grow Beneath trade customer.

11. Privacy

Personal information provided in connection with the Trade Referral Programme will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Email addresses supplied for referral identification will be used to administer and verify the referral and communicate with the referrer where necessary.

12. General

Grow Beneath's decision regarding the eligibility and validity of a referral is final, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
