II. Definitions
2.1. Seller – GROW BENEATH LTD.
2.2. Customer – any individual, business or other organisation placing an order through the Store.
2.3. Store – the online store operated by the Seller at www.growbeneath.co.uk.
2.4. Product – any item offered for sale through the Store.
2.5. Sales Agreement – the contract formed between the Customer and the Seller when an order is accepted by the Seller.
III. Ordering Process
3.1. Orders may be placed through the Store 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
3.2. To place an order, Customers should add their chosen Products to the shopping basket and complete the checkout process.
3.3. By placing an order, the Customer confirms that they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
3.4. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance of the Sales Agreement.
3.5. A Sales Agreement is formed only when the Seller dispatches the order.
IV. Prices & Payment
4.1. Customers may pay using the payment methods displayed during checkout.
4.2. All prices are displayed in Pound Sterling (£ GBP).
4.3. The Seller reserves the right to change Product prices at any time. Price changes will not affect orders already accepted.
V. Delivery
5.1. Delivery is currently available within the United Kingdom.
5.2. Delivery charges, where applicable, are displayed during checkout before payment is completed.
5.3. We aim to dispatch most orders within one working day of receiving payment. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on the delivery service selected and the destination. Please refer to our Delivery Information page for further details.
VI. Returns & Refunds
6.1. Consumers have the right to cancel eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their order in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
6.2. Returned items must comply with the conditions set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
6.3. Refunds will be processed in accordance with our Returns & Refunds policy and applicable UK consumer legislation.
6.4. If a Product arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, Customers should notify us as soon as possible by emailing office@growbeneath.co.uk, providing their order number together with photographs where appropriate.
VII. Product Information
7.1. We make every reasonable effort to ensure that Product descriptions, images, specifications and other information published on the Store are accurate. However, colours, packaging and product appearance may vary slightly from those shown on the website.
7.2. Products should always be used in accordance with the instructions provided.
7.3. Our products are intended to support healthy plant growth when used as directed. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, control or prevent plant diseases.

IX. Limitation of Liability
9.1. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under the laws of England and Wales.

X. Final Provisions
10.1. These Terms and Conditions take effect from 1 January 2025.
10.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the Store's website and will apply only to future orders.
10.3. In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter amicably before pursuing legal proceedings.
